The Health, Fitness, and Recreation Center (FitRec) is the perfect venue to host your next event. FitRec has multiple spaces available to reserve by both members and non-members. To request space, please submit an online reservation form.
Facility Scheduling Priorities
In order to meet the varied educational and recreational needs of MVCC, a scheduling priority system has been established by FitRec. All facility requests must be submitted through the online facility reservation system and require approval from the Assistant Director of Facility Operations. FitRec is committed to supporting drop-in recreational opportunities. Facility scheduling requests may be limited during peak hours of facility usage. Appropriate fees will be assessed for groups securing recreational facilities for events (both internal and external).
Birthday Parties
FitRec is here to meet all of your birthday needs! Our birthday party specialists are here to customize a party that your child will always remember. Whether you want a pool party or a KidRec party, FitRec has an option for every celebrating family. Event staff will be available to you and your guests throughout your event. Recommended participant ages are 1-15.

*Exclusive rental of the FitRec pool & whirlpool is not available due to it being a limited resource.
*Facility rental requests must be submitted 14 business days in advance.
Outdoor Facility Rentals
To request renting one of our outdoor facilities (outdoor basketball court, tennis court, etc.), please contact Charles Dockery by e-mail at charles.dockery@qukmj.com or call (708) 608-4002.
Outdoor facility rentals may be requested March – November only.

*To qualify for member pricing for facility rentals, person requesting rental must be an ACTIVE FitRec monthly membership (not 1-month or GymPass member). Member must have/keep active membership for 6 months to be eligible for member rate or subject to pay difference from non-member pricing and $40 early cancellation fee.
